Google Analytics adds Various New Features
Google Analytics helps companies gain further insight into consumer behavior keep track of how consumers find their websites, and how they interact with the sites once they have gotten there. Google has created various features which will help obtain these goals. Google Analytics’ new features include Advanced Segmentation, Motion Charts (multi-dimensional data visualizations) and an updated user and administrative interface.
Advanced Segmentation allows Analytics users to isolate and analyze subsets of their traffic. Custom reporting allows Analytics users to configure their reports to maximize the information provided. Users can create, save, and edit reports as well. Motion charts give an extra visual element to Google Analytics reporting, by showing how metrics change throughout a given time period. As Google Analytics evolves, companies can gauge the behavior of their audience with more ease as well as more depth.
